Replacing Google Sites with a fast, installable static site and a custom-built CMS.

01Context
The old website ran on Google Sites. Its layout was hard to extend, its content structure was limited, and every change had to be made by hand in an inflexible editor. The health centre needed a fast digital home that could be installed on a phone and updated by staff without touching code.
02Approach

Audited the old content, rebuilt the information architecture, and moved every page into a consistent structure.

Built a dependency-free static generator, a custom design system, and a PWA with an offline page.
- 03
Created an Apps Script CMS: admins edit through a panel, and the site reads from a public Google Sheets mirror.
03Outcome
- Live on puskesmassepari.my.id over HTTPS, with pages far lighter than the previous site.
- Admins can update news, schedules, services, and galleries without redeploying.
- Visitors can install the site as an app and reopen visited pages while offline.
