01Context

Employee data was spread across many spreadsheets and documents. STR/SIP expiry dates were easily missed, and there was no record of who changed what. Leaders needed fast summaries; operators needed forms that were not exhausting.

02Approach

  1. 01

    Designed an employee data schema around the health centre's needs, including conditional ASN/non-ASN fields.

  2. 02

    Built a SPA with Admin, HR Operator, and Viewer roles, plus search, filters, and cross-category summaries.

  3. 03

    Added validated Excel/CSV import, filtered exports, Drive file uploads, and an audit log.

03Outcome

  • Employee, training, and certificate data now has one searchable source.
  • Expiry alerts help HR act before documents lapse.
  • Changes are logged, and each role's access is explicit.
