Background
I am Imam Hadi Saputra, a Product Design graduate now working at the intersection of design and technology. At UPTD Puskesmas Separi III, I manage information systems and build applications that make everyday work lighter. Before this, I worked as a designer at PT Pelita Sakti and interned in United Tractors' IT department.
I believe good products come from good understanding. So I start with simple questions: who will use it, what is actually broken, and what decision should this help make? Only then do I choose the form, the color, and the technology.
This page is a record of that journey: seven projects I designed and built, from public websites to desktop applications used when the internet is not reliable.

A way of working

Design, then build
Prototype quickly, test with real users, and refine the details until it feels natural. Good design has to be buildable.
Care after launch
Documentation, training, and small fixes are part of the work. A system only matters if it stays alive.
