Assignment Letter Numbers
A calendar for assignment letter numbers: 30 per workday, multi-day activities, and an admin PIN for edits and deletions.

Assignment letter numbers were handed out manually. Double allocation was a real risk, remaining daily quota was invisible, and multi-day activities made numbering harder. Holidays and weekends were easily missed.

Built a quota calendar with 30 numbers per workday, automatic blocks, and remaining-slot indicators.

Applied workday logic to multi-day activities: weekends and holidays are excluded from duration.

Added team-member locking, an admin PIN for edits/deletions, and an activity log.
03Outcome
- Numbers no longer collide because every slot has a clear place in the calendar.
- Staff can take a number from their phone without waiting for an admin.
- Edits and deletions stay controlled through a PIN and an audit log.
