01Context

SPM, IPKM, SKDR, Posyandu, and environmental health data lived in separate Excel sheets. Every month staff rebuilt charts and report narratives, while leaders needed a quick view without waiting for the recap.

02Approach

  1. 01

    Normalised data into Google Sheets and defined rules for achievement, running targets, and IPKM indices.

  2. 02

    Built ten monitoring views with Chart.js, heatmaps, per-village tables, and a month selector.

  3. 03

    Added PIN-protected data entry, a five-minute cache, automatic narratives, and PDF printing.

03Outcome

  • One dashboard replaced the monthly manual chart assembly.
  • Monthly and quarterly monitoring no longer requires opening many files.
  • Reports and data-quality notes can be printed directly from the dashboard.
